I have learnt and healed so much from deep sharing with men\, in paired structures and on the forum. DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nStill\, present\, spacious\, alive\, pre-tingling nothingness is male essence and the source of our en-theos-asm\, creativity and power.\nGetting consciously present for the first time (rather than it just happening) is a blessing but can feel more like a curse as it becomes an elusive drug. Being present is a primary skill for us men – but as my first buddhist teacher said “It’s simple\, but it ain’t easy”. \n“You are not present!”\nMen – if you are lucky enough to have an honest woman in your life you will have heard this often\, and if you honest enough with yourself you will have said to yourself “I wasn’t present then” or “I’m not being present” \n  \nIt’s not all bad though – we’ve all experienced being wholly totally present too – vulnerably\, openly\, softly\, present or coldly\, cleanly\, incisively present. Present in stillness or at great speed\, perhaps in sport\, perhaps in lovemaking or in nature. \n  \nThis weekend will give you many opportunities to stop the outside world\, to practice and to be still and present\,and to get underneath what stops you.  We will travel as fellow men\, with appropriate authenticity\, physicality including some Qigong\, encouragement\, sharing\, challenge and meditations as we dive into stillness and see how actually simple it is to bring more of this into our daily lives long after our time together. \n  \nWe will meet Secret Garden Women at the end of our time together. Men who know this will agree it is hard to imagine how men cope in this increasingly utterly crazy world\, without it. This mini group is led by me\, Tim\, with the challenge to us all of – how authentic\, how real\, how honest is it possible to be in a short\, 3 part group? \nWe will meet for 90 minutes online on Thursday June 10th\, in person in the beautiful woods of the Slad valley\, for a full day and evening on Saturday\, 26th June\, and then again online on Thursday 29th July \nWe put a brave face on it but a lot of men are finding life hard these days – it’s moving so fast – we thought we knew our place and how to be. Nothing is solid any more. What are we missing? The exhaustion of trying new tricks and techniques shows on men’s faces. There is quiet desperation\, confusions or numbness\, for many. Re-Wilding is needed! Some essence-ial learnings\, healings and growth happen when men come together like this that don’t happen when women are present. \nA campfire will be our circle focus. My challenge throughout our time together is to facilitate you cleaning you out in places you will find have been unconsciously ‘tamed\,’ so that by the time we meet the women\, you feel literally re-wilded.  Towards the end of the day you will meet woman a-new for a short time\, in safely held ritual space.
