Secret Garden awakening explorations are nothing to do with self-improvement or fixing anyone. Profound opening to all that is, difficult or easy, beautiful or ugly, is key. Love dissolves conditioning. Then Nature flowers in the human body. Realisation that ‘you’ are Life itself, there is no separation and that Love is the only ‘solution’ must then be stabilised in embodied awakeness.
